Our Auctions:

The type of information we collect may include your name, delivery/ invoice address, e-mail address, telephone number and any personal preferences ("Information"). We may use this Information to process bids, process payments, deliver products and/or services, notify you about important functionality changes and alterations to the Site, provide customer support and maintain your account with us as part of our loyalty program. From time to time, we may also notify you of offers of products, services or information that might be of particular interest to you. Surveys:

We always aim to improve the services we offer. As a result we may occasionally canvass our customers using surveys. Competitions and Promotions:

In that event, we will endeavour to ensure that your rights and freedoms in respect of the processing of your Information are adequately and appropriately protected. Refer A Friend:

We actively operate a user referral service via e-mail. It is designed to make it easy for customers to recommend us and any related websites or offers to a friend. The process is as follows: First, a customer sends us the friend's name and e-mail address, and secondly, we contact the friend, telling them who we are, and inviting them to visit our website and register as a user. When we contact your friend, we always advise them of the name of the friend who made the original referral. We will not use your friend’s details for any other purpose.

Please note that, where we provide links to other websites, these will not be governed by this Privacy Statement.  You should read carefully the particular privacy policies of those sites for further information before providing your personal information.

In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data is automatically collected via the Site through the use of cookies.
